New Fall Classes at the Studio
/Fall 2020 Schedule
What's new in the studio? New art classes and hours for fall. We appreciate your continued support for the arts in the community. As we take steps to offer more classes, the safety of our students and staff is our priority. Studio classes are limited to 6 people with seats spaced apart, and optional outdoor/tent seating. Take advantage of learning from home with our virtual classes. Visit us in the gallery to view artwork on weekends or by appointment.
Luminous Landscape from Charcoal to Watercolor, Fridays 10-12pm
In this two-hour class, we will explore light, atmosphere, and composition in landscape. Instructor Betsy Jacaruso will start with a value study demonstration in charcoal. Students will proceed with input from the instructor and render the final painting in watercolor. We’ll finish with a share and discussion of our work.
